A lot of people ask me if I've ever eaten goat.  Of course I have.  They wrinkle
their noses and ask me what it tastes like.  It is actually a very flavorful meat.  I
often compare it to a very lean beef with more flavor.  Or I'll compare it to
venison without the gamey flavor.  

Regardless of the opinion on its flavor the nutrition comparison between the
meats most commonly eaten in the U.S. cannot be ignored.  Goat meat
satisfies the appetites of red meat lovers and also those that would rather eat a
healthier meat.

Even though I knew goat meat was healthy, these facts surprised me:
